Receiving Confirmation Emails – Szechenyi Baths FAQ

The confirmation emails (serving as a digital ticket) are sent automatically right after the payment. This means, that after a successful booking, you will receive the following emails:

Ticket Booking:

  • One Notification Email from Paypal – confirming your payment
  • One Confirmation Email from Szechenyispabaths.com – this will serve as your e-ticket (not necessary to print)

Massage Booking:

  • One Notification Email from Paypal – confirming your payment
  • One Confirmation Email from Szechenyispabaths.com – confirming your massage booking
  • 2nd Confirmation Email from Szechenyispabaths.com – confirming your massage hour, this will serve as your e-ticket (not necessary to print)

Important Notice: Out of office hours bookings submitted after 6pm will be confirmed the following day until 11 am (local time Budapest). Please allow 1-3 hours by day time confirmations.

What Can I Do If I Have Not Received a Confirmation Email?

The Confirmation Email is sent automatically to the email address that you gave upon booking. If for any reasons you cannot find this email, you can do the following steps:

  1. Check the junk/spam folder of your mailbox.
  2. If it’s not in your junk/spam folder, please contact us via email at info [at] szechenyispabaths.com. We will forward you the confirmation email again.

  1. Good day,
    I’m writing to you from Lithuanian tourist agency “Fortūna travel”.
    April 26th this year we want to come with our group to you. There will be 40 schools students (16-17 years old) and 4 teachers. We plan to be from 2 p.m . We only want to stay about 2 hours in thermo baths.
    What would be the group price for our group?
    By the way, we also have another group on May 26th. Would be the same number of students and teachers, time and duration.
    I will waiting from you offer with prices for our groups.

    and i only received paypal’s confirmation of payment e-mail
    i didn’t receive Szechenyispabaths.com’s confirmation mail
